Utterly divine !
Our
Riesling wine is clean, crisp and extremely well balanced. The peach, pear and
apple flavors surround the tongue with just enough residual sweetness to
balance the acidity.
This wine pares well with many different foods, including Thai/Asian food,
oysters, scallops, crab, sushi, strawberries.

Paul Portteus grows
some of the best Cabernet Franc in Washington State. Generally, Cabernet
Franc is used as a blending grape in the Bordeaux blends for its wonderful
nose, aromas, and red fruit flavors. Raspberry, Cranberry, Red Cherries
explode! This wine was too good to blend!

The Semillon
grapes were harvested slightly early to increase the classic terroir flavors
of minerals and slate and lessen the fruit flavors. This wine was barrel
fermented in a French oak barrel which created a rich, soft, buttery
mouthfeel. What developed was a light, and refreshing wine which will drink
well by itself, or compliment foods without overpowering them. It pares
well with cheeses, crackers, fruit, and seafood. Unfiltered and
Unfined!
