Floral and lively on the nose with a crisp, clean profile - just enough residual sugar to classify as off-dry and given tons of extra appeal by its delicate acidity! As the weather cools, though, all you really need is a kitchen full of good smells and a couple of friends!

``Dog Day`` Chardonnay

$36 _ $31 _ $29

Chardonnay is well respected in the United States, as it is the grape that inspired our wine industry's first international accolades back in the 1960s. While it is still beloved, many winemakers have changed their stylistic approach! Instead of creating a very buttery, oaky Chard, we've opted for a cleaner build - dry, juicy, and fruit forward with a hint of toast.

In honor of Scoobie and Skylar, the best winery dogs we could have asked for, we donate a portion of the proceeds to the local ASPCA!

Blend: 100% Chardonnay
Appellation: Columbia Valley
Vineyard: Goose Ridge Vineyard

- Alcohol: 11.2
- pH: 2.05
- Total Acidity: 0.98 grams/100 ml

``Mirage`` Merlot

$42 _ $36 _ $34

Washington Merlot is marked by its richness and brightness, weight and balance - and a dark, vibrant flavor profile that makes it the match of many a Cabernet Sauvignon. In the case of ``Mirage``, the profile begins with a hint of black cherry and finishes with olive. A complex and beautifully integrated bottle, this will pair wonderfully with beef stew or shepherd's pie. Silver Medal!

Vineyard: Dineen

- Alcohol: 13.8%
- pH: 3.49

``Eclipse`` Blend

$46 _ $39 _ $37

This is a classic Left Bank Bordeaux-style blend, meaning that it's predominantly Cabernet Sauvignon, followed by Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Malbec, and Petit Verdot in descending order. George and Linda have been making an approximation of this blend since our start in 2003 - in fact, George refers to it as our flagship wine as much for our history with it as for its incredible flexibility. Making a complex cassoulet? Absolutely. Bringing a bottle to a grill out? Can't go wrong. Host gift? You must really like them. Opening by itself? It stands alone but doesn't overpower. All in all, a good blend fills the holes that other wines may leave behind. Gold Medal!

Blend: 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 25% Merlot, 13% Cabernet Franc, 10% Malbec, 2% Petit Verdot
Appellation: Rattlesnake Hills
Vineyard: Dineen
Wine Analysis
- Alcohol: 13.7%

``Red Satin`` Cabernet Sauvignon

$50 _ $43 _ $40

Cabernet Sauvignon is everywhere, a perennial favorite due to its complex profile and big body. In Washington, however, the hot days and cool nights produce a premier experience of Cab - supple and rich, dark red fruits leading to a velvety mouth feel. Full of finesse and structure, the ``Red Satin`` pairs beautifully with braised short ribs and lamb shanks as well as it does your classic burger.

Blend: 100% Cabernet Sauvignon

- Alcohol: 13.8%
- pH: 3.54
- Total Acidity: 0.64 grams/100 ml

``Ahh!`` Syrah

$60 _ $51 _ $48

A question we're often asked is what exactly the specialty of the Washington wine industry is! This is a tricky one to answer because our state's complex geological history of racy glaciers and spitfire volcanos has left us a legacy of absolutely rocking terroir. While all wines reflect terroir, Syrah corners tightly, metaphorically speaking. This combined with the hot summer days and cool nights of Eastern Washington results in a wine with the ripe fruit flavors so typical of the New World style woven seamlessly into the structure and fresh, dense core of Old World vintages. You could definitely wave Syrah over your head as a Washington specialty. Give this a try with triple cream brie or whip together a wild mushroom risotto - you'll be thrilled!

Blend: 100% Syrah
Appellation: Rattlesnake Hills
Vineyard: Dineen Vineyard
Wine Analysis
- Alcohol: 13.9%
- pH: 3.99
- Total Acidity: 0.69 grams/100 ml

``Maverick`` Malbec

$60 _ $51 _ $48

Originally from France but now often recognized in the same breath as Argentina, Malbec is a finicky grape with promise of a robust profile. Thin skinned with a predilection towards ailments, Malbec grapes require sun above all else and handle cold very poorly, which makes summer in Eastern Washington an ideal climate.

Done right, Malbec unfolds in your mouth like a luxurious silk shawl! Our ``Maverick`` is plummy and dense, full bodied with dark fruit and a touch of meatiness. Pair with a juicy ribeye and chimichurri potatoes! Gold Medal!

Blend: 100% Malbec
Appellation: Rattlesnake Hills
Vineyard: Dineen
Wine Analysis
- Alcohol: 13.8%
- pH: 3.8
- Total Acidity: 0.56 grams/100 ml
Oak Program: 100% French Oak, 33% New

``Pure Velvet`` Petit Verdot

$60 _ $51 _ $48

One of the six noble grapes of Bordeaux, this varietal is redolent with structure. Old World blends typically use small amounts of Petit Verdot due to its inherent bossiness, but the warmer climes of the New World create a riper, fuller bottling. As a stand alone varietal, this pairs magnificently with big, beefy dishes, including anything spiced. Silver Medal!

Blend: 100% Petit Verdot
Appellation: Rattlesnake Hills
Vineyard: Dineen
Wine Analysis
- Alcohol: 13.8%
- pH: 3.70
- Total Acidity: 0.56 grams/100 ml
Oak Program: 100% French oak, 33% New
Production: 75 cases
