Islanders may know Wally Bell from all the years he has lived on Vashon making fantastic foods for everyone. We first met him doing a dinner for what at Backbay Inn in Burton several years ago. Lately he has put his magic touch on many creations at the Sugar Shack. Wally was actually our very first chef here at Palouse Winery! We welcome him back with much fanfare.
